Charge your water, charge yourself and make it yummy!

  • Grab your favorite beverage container or pitcher.

  • Fill it with water.

  • Focus on the water and say or think what you would like the water to charge your body with - “vitality”, “calm loving strength”, “patience”, or the all powerful “gratitude”.

  • Go with whatever comes to mind as a stream of consciousness.

  • As you drink the water, sipping or guzzling, take a moment to focus on the sensations it creates as it flows into your body.

Let it wash away any sensations, feelings, and thoughts that don’t serve your intended purpose. Make a glass for now, a batch to drink over a couple days, or a quick shot. Use it to brew a beverage or to water your plants. Enhance it with your own flare. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon for abundance or a drop of vanilla for strength and comfort. Sprinkle in edible flowers. Place it in moonlight overnight for clarity or in the Sun for joy. Place crystals or other positive talismans around the container.
