Growing up in Haight-Ashbury, I had an early introduction to crystals, tarot, and various spiritual practices. A breath work course in college piqued an interest in the mind body connection. Lunchtime visits to the book and crystal store resulted in the purchase of my first crystals and tarot deck. My first deck is showing the years of love and it still comes in, or rather out to play on occasions.

After riding the wave of the internet boom, a creative management role with a Venice-based lifestyle company spurred a move to SoCal. While living in Santa Monica I was introduced to a metaphysical practitioner who became my teacher and mentor. During the various course work, certain areas of study resonated. Cards jumped. Crystals whispered. Numbers lined up. Different decks call me for different queries just as certain mindful practices vary with the seasons, external daily influences, and internal rhythms. Whether honoring the practices individually or weaving them together, my goal is to guide a client on an insightful experience. Together we identify areas of discord between mind and body and possible actions to promote a state of ease - mentally, physically, and spiritually.
